Corporate culture has great effect on enhancing the vitality andstrengthening cohesion and centripetal force for enterprises. The subject ofenterprise culture, i.e. the subject of enterprises, is the human. Human are thefundamental factor of enterprise development. Thus, it’s necessary to establishthe human-oriented corporate culture to stimulate human’s motivation andactivity.This paper introduces the significance of the topic and the general researchsituation both in China and the rest of the world, further defined the connotationof the human-oriented corporate culture as the core. Human-oriented corporateculture plays a role of guidance, promotion, condensation, pervasion, innovationand leading force.It discusses that human-oriented incentive as core is the theoretical andpractical basis for the corporate culture. Traditional Chinese human-orientedthoughts and Marx’s theory are the theoretical basis; the Chinese CommunistParty’s ruling idea and the objectives of socialist production is its realistic basis.This paper analyses the problems in the construction of corporate culture.Most companies have their own corporate culture, but overall it seems that thereis a lack of respect for employees, ignoring the personal development, lack ofproper incentive mechanism, the content of cultural construction is simple andlack of humanistic environment construction, etc.This paper discusses the approaches of human-oriented corporate culture.To strengthen the construction of corporate culture must be centered onemployee-oriented principle, must strengthen the staff’s master status, emphaseson improving staff’s life in the first place, strengthen communication with staff,and create a harmonious team spirit; adhere to the human system as the basis,establish complete professional training mechanism, human resource mechanism and the development planning of corporate culture; adhere to enriching culturalconnotation centered culture, strengthen science and technology culture, create anetwork culture, strengthen ideological style and various recreational activities.
