In the trend of the economic globalization, Chinese corporations are facing the unprecedented competition pressure. How to improve core competences of Chinese corporations to make them survive and develop quickly, become a real issue that all corporations must face. Facing intense competition and challenges, corporate culture construction that can help improve corporate internal cohesion and external competences is more important and pressing.The issue just referred has been discussed by many Chinese and foreign scholars in theory. In the meantime, many entrepreneurs have also created many practical successful cases to prove it. As our country's market economy establishment and world economy integration, enterprises face increasingly fierce competition. To seek opportunities and improve yourself in fierce market competition, the enterprise culture construction has become the very important contents of modern enterprise management. Corporate culture is the key factor to decide enterprise's rise and fall in the new century. Corporations who possess culture advantages will get competition advantages and benefit advantages and development advantages, and their core competency will become more stronger.Theorists begin to unite corporate culture and performance together, and make corporate culture the basis of good corporate performance because corporate culture really plays an important part to improve the long-term corporate performance. Corporate culture, the engine of corporate development, the intangible valuable resource of corporation, the drive of corporate innovation, reflects the points of corporate culture and becomes the most important part of corporate culture. But in reality, there are just a few corporations to unite corporate culture and performance together. Also very few corporations make corporate culture the important mean to improve core competence. Even the corporations that are aware of the importance of corporate culture also don't know why corporate culture can improve corporate core competence.This thesis puts forward some new opinions, such as corporate culture are the reason that corporations can stay long-term advantage on behalf of the research on the relations between corporate culture and corporate core competence. Otherwise, the thesis also does the research on the relation between corporate culture and corporate performance that can reflect core competence correctly. At last, on the basis of our country's corporate culture situation, I give my reasonable suggestions on how to build up our modern, positive and powerful corporate culture in order to benefit the corporations.
