The Research On Development Planning And Implementation Strategy For Welding Material Industry Of Liaoning Province

With the increase of iron andsteel, nonferrous metal quality and varieties of increasing and all kinds of equipmentmanufacturing industry, key projects and infrastructure continues to expand the scale, thehigher technical requirements for welding material. In recent years, China’s welding materialyield more than50%of the world’s total output, consumption kept increasing. Green weldingmaterials have been included in the national "Twelfth Five-Year" development planning,promote the development of welding materials has become the need of the times. Liaoningprovince is a big province of welding material and technology application, with supportingnumerous and welding material application is closely related to the marine engineeringconstruction, shipbuilding, automobile industry, electronic information, nuclear powermanufacturing and other economic enterprises, the current Liaoning Province weldingmaterial industry of scientific research level is not able to meet the application requirementsand the corresponding dispersion, embodied in the scientific research strength, the ability ofindependent innovation is not strong, the lack of innovation public platform.According to the characteristics of welding material industry, using the comparativeanalysis method and PEST analysis method, analyzed the current situation and developmenttrend of welding materials, domestic and foreign development status of welding materialindustry in Liaoning province and the existing problems in Liaoning Province as well as thewelding material industry development of the macro environment, then put forward LiaoningProvince welding material industry development guiding ideology, development goals,development orientation, development priorities, discusses the construction, theimplementation of Liaoning Province welding mechanism and strategy developmentplanning material industry. The significance of this paper is to provide reference for thedevelopment of welding material industry of Liaoning Province, and then improve thewelding material industry development, improve the overall level of the overall deployment of welding, structure to promote the revitalization of northeast old industrial zonedevelopment, equipment manufacturing and other industries in the application.
