In recent years, employees pay more and more attention on the changes in thesalary in corporate, the salary has become a very sensitive topic. For employees salaryhas become an important factor on their fate and enthusiasm for work. Currently mostof the enterprises develop pay system and rarely dynamic diagnosis, even theenterprises want to go diagnosis without a comprehensive diagnostic system they cantake advantage of. In order to solve this real problem,on the research of salarytheoretical, proposed the idea of salary dynamic diagnosis, researched the relevantfactors of the salary dynamic changes, proposed the indicators of salary dynamicdiagnostic, build the systems of salary dynamic diagnosis. In this study, in-depththeoretical thinking and Systems Research on the salary diagnosis of the problemsexisting in the current,it not only enriched and developed the study of corporate salarydynamic diagnostic system, but also enable the enterprises to Diagnosis the salarysystem effectively, it is significant for the theoretical aspects and practical aspects. Theresults of this study include the following three aspects:(1) Measured the factors that affect the dynamic changes of salary in corporateA basic premise of the pay dynamic diagnosis is to identify the factors that affectthe dynamic changes in enterprise, the main purpose is through the analysis of thefactors to study the pay how to change in enterprises. In this paper, the analysis aboutdynamic factors include analysis of changes in matching changes, analysis of changesin internal fairness, analysis of changes in external competitive, analysis of changes ineconomic and legitimacy, and in-depth analyzed these six dynamic factors about salarydynamic changes.(2) Extracted the dynamic diagnosis indicators of salary in corporateThe dynamic diagnosis system for salary is necessary to extract diagnosticindicators, use the indirect indicators to study the salary system. The dynamicindicators about diagnostic of salary incorporate include the matching of the enterprisedevelopment strategy,internal equity, incentive, external competitiveness, economyand legitimacy, in order to be convenient in data acquisition,the level indicators arebreak downed the secondary indicators. Extraction of these secondary indicators candiagnose the status of these indicators, but cannot grasp the whole of the salary systemin corporate.(3) Constructed a salary dynamic diagnostic system in corporatePay dynamic diagnostic system can timely diagnose the salary and identify theproblems, it is an integrated diagnostic system can make the salary system morereasonable. Salary dynamic diagnostic system including object of the dynamicdiagnosis, the contents of the dynamic diagnosis, the indicators of the dynamicdiagnostic, the data acquisition of the dynamic diagnostic, the methods the dynamicdiagnosis and the analysis of the diagnosis dynamic result the in corporate.On the basis of the indicators extracted,through the Analytic Hierarchy Process todetermine each index weights, to be more specific about each index. On the basis of the Analytic Hierarchy Process through Fuzzy ComprehensiveEvaluation method to be comprehensive evaluation. This method can not only beevaluated on a single factor, it can draw a comprehensive evaluation, on the basis ofthe analysis of the results we can draw the situation of the Salary System.To establish the dynamic diagnostic system for salary, enterprises can timelymonitor the pay system., found the problems existing in the salary system timely, sothat the pay system can be more perfect.In this paper, the main innovations include two of the following:(1)Before the research about the pay dynamic diagnostic system is less, in thispaper I constructed a system,it is a dynamic diagnosis system with theoretical researchand perspective research in enterprises.So far, the research about salary dynamicdiagnostic systems did not form a unified framework which has seriously hamperedthe development of the salary dynamic diagnosis. On the basis of the study of literatureI extracted the pay dynamic diagnostic indicators from the dynamic of theindicators,and based on the indicators I carried the index weight, and I used the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to be a comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, Istudied the problem from a dynamic perspective, I overcome the limitations ofprevious studies, and focused on scientific research ideas, innovated the research aboutthe areas, this is an innovation of the research framework.(2)On the basis of the analysis in the literature, this study analyzed the factors thataffect salary dynamic changes, identified the indicators of dynamic diagnosis for salary,established a dynamic diagnostic system for the salary in corporate. I conducted theanalysis of the changes and indicators deeply. Now the research about analysis of thechanges or indicators is very less, this is a theoretical innovation.(3)I build a diagnostic System of dynamic for enterprise salary,it can be appliedto the diagnosis of the salary in enterprise。It is a practical innovation. |
