The salary system is a very important part in modern enterprise institution. During the establishing of modern enterprise institution, how to build reasonable salary system is a key point for enterprises of middle and small size. The research of this article will be based on the establishing of salary system for Lengshuijiang Electrical Wire and Cable Company. Through a complete analysis and research for this example, we will have a discussion for the salary system of enterprises of middle and small size.The particularity of this article is to solve the salary problem by using for reference and theory. At the beginning of this article, we will analyze the evolvement of salary theory and salary institution of the homeland and overseas, by which we will clarify the viewpoint of the basic salary system will be changed by the environment. Then we will diagnose and evaluate the salary system of Lengshuijiang Electrical Wire and Cable Company. By the above analysis, we will use the method of position element count to promote the salary system of Lengshuijiang Electrical Wire and Cable Company, for which we will establish a fair and invigorative salary system. At last, we will have an analysis for the anticipating result of the salary system.
