Nowadays, the economic environment is changing very quickly and the competition isbecoming fiercer and fiercer. More and more enterprises realize: it is high time to improveemployee engagement degrees, and encourage employees work hard to make thecontribution for the organization. Therefore, how to arouse the enthusiasm of them, improvetheir engagement is one of the major problems, which bothering enterprise managers.This study trying to provide a theoretical support and practical guidance, from therelationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction and employee engagement, in orderto find out the influence factors of employee engagement, based on Hangshao ManagementOffice of Zhejiang Communications Investment Group CO., LTD Hangjinqu Branch. Firstly,this study reviewed the literature of internal marketing, job satisfaction and employeeengagement. Then we establish a study model. Through study we found that: internalmarketing and employee engagement, job satisfaction and employee engagement have asignificant correlation.Based on the results, we make some suggestion as following: the virtue of educationand training, and establish effective communication channels to increase employeeidentification with the organization; At the same time, establish a job rotation system, andimprove staff skills, raise diversity, to improve the job satisfaction receive from daily work.
