The enterprise survival environment has been fundamentally changed with the global economic integration, highly developed information technology and the increasingly fierce market competition. Outside the enterprise, the enterprises pay more attention from product comprehensive evolution to customer; customer satisfaction is the protection to obtain sustainable competitiveness. However, to realize the external customer satisfaction is based on the internal customer satisfaction through enterprise internal marketing, which will help to provide the highest quality products and services to external customers. Therefore, the study has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper reviewed the relevant literature of internal marketing and employee satisfaction, developed investigation and interview, in Neusoft PARIS division as an example. The employee satisfaction model and table was designed to evaluate customer satisfaction. The factor analysis, independent sample t test and single factor variance analysis was used to assess the current situation of employee’s satisfaction from the enterprise level and analysis the difference of employee’s satisfaction level upon different demographic variables. The results showed that:internal marketing was an effective way to enhance employee satisfaction; the employee satisfaction level of PARIS division was low and showed significant difference among different positions and ages. Finally, this article proposed advices to promote satisfaction from the perspective of internal marketing, which included creating harmonious atmosphere, emphasizing on staff capacity-building as well as improving the pay and benefits system.
