Main employees are from Ningbo localprivate enterprise.Beilun Faurecia Limin company sets up in a short time, and employees has not leanproduction experience generally, are used to work on the mass, small batches of extensivemanagement in the era of the planned economy. With the customer orders continue toincrease, The requirements of Geely for its suppliers in quality assurance, material supply, theinternal operation management level continues to increase samely. Beilun Faurecia companystaff’s quality and benefit in the production operation management, and customer demand areput in apparent difference. The implementation of lean production thinking be imperative.With the existing plant, equipments and personnels, in the shortest possible time, theminimum investment introducing the lean production, complete the concept and ways ofbehavior change, becomes an important subject. Beilun Faurecia Limin focus on people in the implementation of lean production process,using a top-down, step by step, from theory to practice, from point to surface graduallyimplemented, to train staff on the idea of lean production in the important position of interest.This thesis firstly analysis Beilun Faurecia Limin company’s production current situation,elaborates the background and significance of implementing lean production, in order toenhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, to meet the needs of customers.Based on the brief introduction of Beilun Faurecia company, equipment, technology,personnel and production planning model has roughly understanding. The companyproduction and operation process in the existing problems are described in detail. Companiesusing mass production way, staff on the quality standards do not understand, no effectivestandard, leading to mass product rework or scrap. The frequent complaint of customers,employees often work overtime repair or the selection of products. Some raw materials orproducts excessive inventory, but some species inventory too little causes line interruptions,even cannot be delivered in time.In the light of Beilun Faurecia Limin company part of the existing problems, the authorputs forward only in the company to carry out the lean production, in order to fundamentallysolve these problems.
