Lean production is the elite self-made system,which is customer demand-oriented,people-centered,and with the ultimate goal of zero waste.It is based on enterprise product development,production operations,suppliers and customer relationship mining,and spare no effort to eliminate waste,improve product quality,put the results of the final implementation to the economic benefits.China's "Thirteen Five" plan has clearly pointed out implementing the manufacturing strategy,improving the quality and efficiency of supply,which is very consistent with the lean production,so the manufacturing enterprises need to implement lean production.Since the introduction of lean production mode to China,the depth of the implementation inenterprises is not enoughin addition to the car enterprises,and these enterprises are more lacking of evaluation system to evaluate the performance of the lean production implementation.Therefore,it is significant through the construction of enterprise lean production implementation performance evaluation system to reveal the necessity and applicability of enterprises implementing lean production,and find out the problems of enterprises in the implementation of lean production process,through the analysis to find the reasons for the problem and the reasons for performance improvement measures,continuing to explore enterprises potential and promoting lean production,and improving core competitiveness.The evaluation object of this paper is the implementation performance of the lean manufacturing.Based on the performance evaluation and lean production theory,this paper constructs the performance evaluation system of lean production from the perspective of Balanced Scorecard from the four dimensions:financial,customer,internal operation and learning growth.And then use the analytic hierarchy process,the effective coefficient method and the assignment method to design a weighted score design for the performance evaluation system,and then use the case analysis method to select the Vatti shares to test the practicality and feasibility of the performance evaluation system.Through the use of static analysis and dynamic analysis to evaluation the performance of implementing lean production,and ultimately found that the performance has been actively improved after the company implemented the lean production;the company's own advantages are very prominent after it continued to implement lean production,but there are disadvantages,specific recommendations for the disadvantages including stringent cost control,optimized platform building,optimizing the channel structure,research and innovation and so on.According to the results of performance evaluation,it can be seen that the performance evaluation system is practical and feasible;it can reveal the implementation of lean production is applicable and can find the problem in the implementation of lean production process.By looking for reasons,it can help enterprises to achieve sustained promoting lean production,improve the core competitiveness.Finally.I hope to provide a reference for the extensive using of the performance evaluation system.
