Study On The Ethical Issues Of Construction Of Chinese Private Enterprises

2013is the implementation of the reform and opening up in China forthirty-first years. It not only made the achievements of world praise inthe process of development of market economy, but also provided a hugespace for development to the private enterprise of our country. However,everything has two sides. Harsh and cruel challenge comes accompanied bya development opportunity. We found a fact which was under certaincondition that laws and regulations are not perfect, the system is notstrict, government supervision is not strict and the rules of market isnot perfect in the marketing economic development-process: Wenzhou-“runaway bosses,”the incident of Sanlu melamine milk powder, expiredfood events emerge in an endless stream in Carrefour, enterprise creditcrisis, the loss of the state-owned enterprise and occupation moraldeficiency, unfair distribution of events occurred frequently. It notonly caused a lot of confusion in the market economic order, but also makea lot of private enterprises from the ethics of harmonious developmentof unified goal of moral construction of social economic construction andenterprise. All of this happened, so that we in the market economy toflourish, GDP index rising cheer I have to sober reflection: When we asa market economy set up rules to prevent the disorder of market at thesame time, whether more need for our market economy to build a strong,tight, and ethical economy “line of defense” normal humanneeds.Combining the development trend of the world economy, we see nothard: mature market economy promotes the development of economy, however,to further promote the mature of market economy, must absorb enough nutrients to the implementation of moral ethics. Private enterprises asthe main participants and beneficiaries of market economy, should not bethe pursuit of business profit maximization as the goal, but shouldshoulder the responsibility of building the market economic ethics, tocomply with the market economic ethics and moral obligation, commondevelopment to the economic interests of the enterprise and society moralinterests when China joined the WTO as the international background ofthe environment, and in the customer-oriented market environment. So,Chinese private enterprise ethics construction is essential, time willnot wait for me.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters: The first chapteris an overview of relevant theories of ethics of private enterprises,private enterprises, expounds the connotation and ethical essence andethical relationship. At the same time, starting from the three anglesof business ethics-construction,analysing the necessity of strengtheningthe ethics construction of private enterprise. The second chapter is thecurrent situation of Chinese private enterprise ethics construction. Onone hand, analyzes the causes of ethical construction and the developmentof Chinese private enterprises, on the other hand, discusses therestriction of ethics construction of China’s private enterprises dilemmafrom the social system, the value orientation, the quality of consumers,the enterprise internal construction four aspects. The third chapter isthe construction of business ethics to the experience of developedcountries for reference, lists the lessons the United States Enron Corpfinancial fraud and South Korean Samsung Corp inheritance orientaltraditional ethics based on the successful experience of westernexcellent business ethics, through the analysis of two classic case anddraw experience and lessons, in order to promote the development ofChinese private enterprise ethics construction. The fourth chapter puts forward the correct method of ethical construction of China’s privateenterprises, enterprise ethics construction by studying the internal fourstrategies; at the same time, from the system reform and perfect, perfectthree aspects of regulations and policies, strengthen the socialsupervision of enterprise ethics external construction. The last part isthe conclusion, summarizes the necessity of Chinese private enterprisesfor the construction of business ethics.
