China's Private Enterprises Ethics-building Research

Private enterprises are an important member of China's economic mainstay in China's economic development has a master's position crucial to enhance the viability of private enterprises and development capabilities, will China's economic and social development of far-reaching impact. The present stage, China's private enterprises have developed rapidly, but there are also commercial fraud, profiteering, unfair competition, and many other issues. In the fierce competition in the domestic and foreign markets, China's private enterprises should have a deep corporate practice of moral self-examination, and strive to find a moral level, another driving force for the development of enterprises. Therefore, strengthening the building of private business ethics, the ethical advantages of the enterprise into a competitive advantage over private enterprises to grow and enhance the overall strength of China's economy has important practical significance.This content is divided into five chapters: Chapter I Introduction analysis of the research of the origin and background of research subjects at home and abroad, as well as research projects in the meaning of the status quo and my research methods.
