History has shown that when a national rise became world economic power,accompanied with power growth, are formed and development as a internationalcompetitiveness of multinationals corporation. In end of19th century, Germany economicrise sharply. Siemens and Bayer were springing up as a famous of large company. In20thcentury, United States economic began led world. Ford and DuPont as a large company alsobegan to rise in the international stage. After world war II, Japan economic became powermore. Panasonic and Sony and Toyota as a large enterprise grow up. Samsung enterprisegroups such as growing influence is marked Korea economic revitalization. Powerfulbusiness group is the basis for country’s economic rise.As the largest developing country,China should has own a large multinational corporation with both opportunities andchallenges.In2013the world economy is facing multiple challenges with the continuedstrengthening of national energy-saving emission reduction policies, raw material costscontinue to rise. At the same time the world economic crisis has not been fully restored. TheEuropean debt crisis spreads. There are many uncertainties to the world economy. Inenterprise internationalization strategy company in international management developmentplanning is the growth of transnational corporations in order to put the company into orderedtracks, continuously enhance the competitiveness and environmental adaptability ofenterprises and make a series of decisions collectively. Enterprise internationalizationstrategy will to a large extent to affect the internationalization process. With the deepening ofeconomic globalization, China’s shortage of domestic resources has been introduced in somechemical enterprises. Dahua Group is one of them. A study on the international strategy ofthe Dahua Group will be able to serve as reference for other similar enterprises indeveloping international strategies. This research work are as follow:1. The overview of thedomestic and external environment, international theory include: international strategytheory, theory of State competitive advantage; domestic theoretical research oninternationalized management of Chinese enterprises and soda chemical industrydevelopment strategy research in two ways.2. Reviewed China’s soda in chemicalenterprises of the international road and Dahua Group the soda industry facinginternationalization process and current situation and international situation are described.3. Analysis of Dahua Group international operations of external environmental factors,including the macro environmental factors and environmental factors.4. Dahua internalinfluence factors analysis of the Group’s international operations.5. Dahua Group selectionand implementation of internationalization strategies, cultivate core competitiveness, inparticular the implementation and realization of the diversification of brandinternationalization globalization internationalization of markets, talent internationalization,technology, strategic partnerships and alliances, capital international, overseas mergers andacquisitions and other aspects of the proposal. Correct choice and cost leadership in theimplementation of the international set enable Dahua Group restructuring under thebackground of lasting competitive advantage to seize the new opportunities for developmentand the development of a new platform and ranks among the international competitionleader....
