In addition, we analyses the world production and consumption since 1980's base on Supply and Demand Theory. At last, we made a prospect to the future cotton market situation. We also analyses the supply, demand and price situation of the Extra-Fine cotton. The conclusion as follows: the world cotton market condition will be better in the future, especially for the Extra-Fine cotton. Then we analyses cotton production, consumption and trade of our country, and we found that in the last several years the import of our country are increasing quickly, and the import of Extra-Fine cotton increasing more quickly. The phenomena are harm to the T&A industry's development. In the last part of this article we analyses the policy of cotton industry problems of our country's cotton industry, and propose some corresponding strategy, expedite the industrialization development; increase the support of government policy; mend the spread of advanced technique and fine breed.
