| The emergence of the modern financial system promotes capital accumulation, speed up the financing, promoting industrial upgrading and economic development. As the function of the financial system becomes more powerful, finance has become the core of modern economy. High-tech industries with the characteristics of high investment, high risk, and high return and it needs strong financial support.Based on predecessors’research, the paper discusses he financial supporting mechanisms to promote the export of product, the financial supporting mechanisms to promote technological innovation, technological innovation mechanism to promote exports and financial supporting mechanisms to promote exports.Based on the theory analysis, the paper builds the basic model about the impact of financial support for technological innovation and exports, proposed some factors affecting technological innovation and exports of high-tech industry then make technical innovation and exports as a result of empirical test variables respectively, draw conclusion at last.The main conclusions of this paper are:first, financial support is important influencing factors of high-tech industry innovation and exports; second, technological innovation has a positive role in promoting the export of high-tech products; third, political support, enterprises on self-financing, new product sales revenues, size of enterprises, foreign direct investment are other important factor affecting the high-tech industry innovation and exports.Based on empirical analysis, this paper puts forward policy recommendations.
