Research On The Development Of High-tech Industry Due To Financial Support In Hubei Province

Technological innovation is the first driving force that leads social development.The big one is related to the lifeblood of a country’s economy,and the small one is related to all aspects of the lives of ordinary people.As the first vanguard of technological innovation,the high-tech industry is the driving force core of technological innovation.It gathers the best scientific and technological talents in a province or even a country,enjoys the help of the most affordable national policies,and creates the most advanced and practical innovation technology.Its unique knowledge-intensive,high investment,high return,high risk,leading to its dependence on capital and technology talents.Therefore,the study of the law of financial support for the development of high-tech industries is conducive to promoting the innovative development of high-tech industries.This paper chooses Hubei province as the research target because of its representative political status and economic status in the central region,and the development of high-tech industry also tends to mature.To study the financial support of high-tech industries in Hubei province is helpful to study the degree of financial support development in inland provinces.Therefore,this paper will choose Hubei Province as the research goal of inland provinces.The main contents of this paper are: Firstly,combing out the relevant theoretical overviews.Then analyzing the present situation and financial support of the development of high-tech industry in Hubei Province.Based on the development experience of Jiangsu province,the influence of relevant influencing factors on the development of high-tech industrial innovation is obtained.To find out the differences between provinces and policies of Hubei province in their respective corresponding factors,sum up and analyze the inadequacy of financial support for high-tech industry development in Hubei province,and finally put forward appropriate policy suggestions.Concluding remarks:First,the financial and scientific support of high-tech enterprises in Hubei Province is lower than that of the whole country and Jiangsu Province in terms of total amount and proportion of fiscal expenditure.The government’s financial science and technology expenditure is very important to support the development of high-tech industries.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the government’s financial science and technology support to increase the efficiency of the use of funds.Secondly,the establishment of capital market institutions in HubeiProvince is relatively complete,and its function needs to be improved.Finally,Hubei credit support,not only need to establish a sound credit guarantee mechanism,but also need to adjust the bank credit structure,so that more credit funds put into the innovative development of high-tech industries.
