Evaluation On The Competitiveness Of Intellectual Property Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Shanxi Province

In today’s world, intellectual property has become not only a strategic resources in theeconomic development of a country and regional but also the key element of internationalcompetitiveness."The competition of the future world is the intellectual property rightscompetition " and "competitiveness is intellectual property, patents, and the standard". Atpresent, Shanxi is in a critical period of transformation and spanning development. Whether itcan make full use of intellectual property to support the energy industry in transition is a bigproblem for the sustainable development of the energy of Shanxi industrial provincialindustry. As the mainstay and backbone of the Shanxi Province’s industrial economy and thestrength of the competitiveness of its intellectual property, large and medium-sized industrialenterprises has an important influence on the process of intellectual property work and thenew industrialization. Therefore, accurate evaluation of intellectual property competitivenessof large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province seems particularlyimportant.In this paper, a research method of combination of theory and practice was used toanalysis of the IPC of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province.Firstly, introduces the research background, significance, research status at home and abroadand the research methods and technical route; Secondly, introduces the related concepts andtheoretical basis of the research, to discuss the formation process of the enterprise of IPCtheory and qualitative analysis of the content and structure module of the IPC of large andmedium-sized industrial enterprises.The paper also designs a large and medium-sizedindustrial enterprises intellectual property competitiveness evaluation index system, toconstruct the theoretical framework for the whole thesis; Again, based on the grey relationalanalysis and osculating value method. These two analytical methods were used in theevaluation on the IPC of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in the area. State is thecomprehensive evaluation model of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises IPC based on the grey correlation and the close value evaluation model based on combination weightingof the building in detail; Finally, to empirical analysis of the IPC of large and medium-sizedindustrial enterprises in Shanxi Province,31provinces across the country as a frame ofreference, uses the statistical data in2011and the Grey Relational Analysis to evaluate theIPC of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province, and collect the dataof Shanxi Province from2007to2011, uses the close value method to evaluate the IPC oflarge and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province. Through the above steps,wefound that in recent years,the Competitiveness of intellectual property of large andmedium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province is rising steadily, but there are stillsome problems: lack of the input of innovation resources, the quality of the output is low, andthe new product development efforts is not enough. According to these situations, the papergives the following advices to improve the competitiveness of intellectual property of largeand medium-sized industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province: enhancing the innovationconsciousness; increasing the investment of innovation resources; Accelerating thedevelopment of independent intellectual property rrights; and creating a favorableenvironment for the development of intellectual property.
