The food is the most basic means of subsistence of the people rely on for survival anddevelopment in recent years, the Sanlu milk powder,"staining bread," the Shuanghui lean"and swept the country’s" waste oil incident "outbreak of food safety incidents, food safetyhas become the focus of consumer concern. These food safety incidents, as reflected in arange of issues of China’s food safety legal system is not perfect, government regulation is notin place, and weak consumer a sense of responsibility.The face of severe food security problems, as well as the food industry to show the moralanomie, government departments continue to strengthen supervision, but the marketmechanism is not perfect, the parts of government regulation in place, as well as legalregulation of the lag, it is difficult to contain the current moral anomie in urgent need ofethical means of intervention, and give full play to the role of moral regulation.This article is divided into four main parts: the first is the status of food safety issues andreal analysis. Analysis, focusing on analysis of the ethical issues behind food productionenterprises, government, consumers and the three angles, and then draw the essence of theproblem of food safety through the analysis of the status quo. The second part of the analysisof the necessity of ethical rescue of food safety issues. First, the issue of food safety impactson and risks to consumers, businesses and society brought these three in-depth analysis, to laythe foundation for further analysis of the ethical means of intervention. Then, from less thanreflected in these three aspects of the market, legal, government food safety supervision, tolead to the necessity of ethical rescue. The third part discusses the ethical possibility of rescue.This part of the key points of the paper, the regulatory function of the focus from themoral-oriented functions, the evaluation function to discourse. The earlier analysis of themarket, legal, government, three less than in the food safety issues, and the moral regulationand the law regulating the formation of complementary and moral guidance function correctlyguide the market, the moral of the evaluation function can compensate for governmentregulation not in place, which demonstrated the possibility of ethical rescue. The fourth part isto put forward specific measures of ethical rescue. This is partly the focus of the paper,through the analysis of the previous questions, as well as the ethical necessity and possibilityof rescue analysis based on the proposed ethics rescue means: First, to increase the role ofgovernment in food safety supervision, The second is to strengthen the construction of corporate ethics, is to build a food safety system of moral standards.
