| The increasing incidents about the safety of food make the supervision on the food workshops the focus of our country in recent years, various safety of food problems are rising,which can be seen in the large enterprises such as San Lu Group as well as in some mom-and-pop operations who deliberately use illegal additives in food. To tackle these problems, the country strengthen supervision and worked out related national local laws unceasingly, which has a positive effect on ensuring that the safety of food. Nevertheless, a number of food production enterprises, below the drive of higher profit, still do desperate things, the safety of food problems revealed to the public one after another. This paper is aimed at such social reality questions try to discuss how to raises countermeasure to strengthen food safety from the ethic (moral) angle of vision--- the morality of the enterprise responsibility. Meanwhile, it analysis that the food production and trading enterprises should have lofty ethicalness and the consciousness of social responsibility and the ethical dilemma is facing, also give some advices on how to improve their own sense of responsibility to promote moral construction of enterprises and also puts forward workable methods.For the food industry, people have cared more about the safety of food problems, which is only one aspect of moral performance. Only comprehensive strengthening quality management and carefully handling corporate benefit sharing mechanism among stakeholders,could solve the safety of food problems. The restraint and control of laws and regulations is mandatory requirement for the people, however, the law requires is not intrusive. The extensive campaigns to ensure food safety should depend on laws and regulations to cumber the responsibility main bodies than strengthen the moral construction of enterprises so as to gradually strengthen self-restraint and solve the problem of food safety from the manufacturing enterprises' internal power and mechanism. |
