Ethical Review Of The Current Chinese Food Safety Problem

Food is the material base for the subsistence and development of the mankind, and food safety is related to human life health security. In recent years, China’s food safety problems happened frequently, has become the hot topic in the people. Mr. Hu jintao indicate in the18th session of the National People’s Congress that it is the government’s priority to guarantee and improve the people’s livelihood, focus on the most concerned, direct and practical interests of citizens and make great efforts for people to live a better life. National food safety has become an important engineering of the people’s livelihood, is the foundation of the state advocates the "human-oriented". Facing the current serious food safety problems, only depend on the government to strengthen supervision is not enough, needs the participation of the whole society, give full play to the moral adjustment. This paper, in the perspective of ethics, examines the current problems of China’s food safety, puts forward relevant solving measures for food security, combined with some moral principles involved.This article is divided into four main parts:the first part is to reveal the ethics significance of the current Chinese food safety; Second, list the China’s food safety problems from the perspective of moral anomie; Finally the paper reveals the important ethics significance of the study of China’s food safety problem from the perspective of ethics. The second part, is to analyze the current Chinese food safety problems faced the ethical dilemmas and the reasons for these problems. Priority list bioethics troublen business ethics trouble and the government administrative ethics trouble and the reasons for these troubles. The third part, put forward the ethical requirements of food safety. This part is the key of the paper, the article separately from the social responsibility and set up the correct combination and ethical principles which must be followed in two aspects, these values and principles provide a theoretical basis for food security, at the same time for the article puts forward the concrete measures of a theory. The fourth part, puts forward the specific ethical to solve the problem of the current Chinese food safety measures. Respectively from the government, enterprises and social supervision three aspects put forward the government should strengthen the food safety responsibility system and accountability system, strengthen the moral construction of the food production enterprise and perfect the social supervision and evaluation mechanism, set up the correct moral opinion to solve the problem of food safety in our country.
