Think Tank Research In Public Decision-making

Background paper from the rise of China think tank to start focusing on the decision-making theory and practical decision-making practice, the organizational form of the Chinese think tank, the functional structure to summarize and try to analyze its position and role, as well as the problems; based on the political realities environment, social environment put forward some specific measures; trying to make a more comprehensive theoretical study of contemporary Chinese think tanks, to take also hope to strengthen people’s understanding of Chinese think tanks, and enhance the importance attached to it in the constant reform and deepen based on sound, play an important role in China’s think tank, the healthy development of the government to make a scientific decision-making.In order to meet the new requirements of China’s think tank on international development in the new situation on the basis of foreign outstanding think tank, the law of development, this paper, to increase government support, the establishment of normative policy advice market, and promote the decision-making consultation institutionalized construction, to ensure the relative independence of the think tanks and think tanks and constantly improve the construction and development to enhance the influence of think tanks in public decision-making process in China.
