The Research On Construction Of Tea Traceability System In Anhui Province

Tea is our traditional agricultural economic crops and export products, thequality and safety problems existence in the reality. With the monitoring standardbecome higher in Europe, the United States and other major tea importers, a solutionto the tea quality security problem is urgently needed. Domestic enterprises have beenthrough all kinds of approaches to improve the tea safety, but there is still no formedindustry scale. It is necessary to find out one most effective management of teaindustry. Thus the supply chain management arises at the historic moment.This paper first briefly introduced the situation of the development of teaindustry in China, and analyzed the tea quality safety problems in the production andselling stage, defined the concept and basic structure and organization mode of supplychain management system. With the guidance of the supply chain management theory,the theory of economics and food economy theory, this paper analyzed the tea qualitysafety features and established the research subject.The tea cultivation, processing and sale enterprise in Anhui province weresurveyed by questionnaire using empirical research method, the present situation andaspiration of tea quality and safety traceability system in the supply chain constructionwas statistically analyzed. Statistics software SPSS was used to set a model toanalyzed tea products enterprises to carry out the quality traceability system ofbehavior model. Inductive analysis and comprehensive summary method was used toanalyze the influential factors of quality traceability system in tea products enterprises.According to the main problems existing in the present situation of tea quality andsafety traceability system in the supply chain construction in Anhui, this paperproposed some solutions to promote the quality and safety traceability system in thesupply chain: the concept of quality and safety should be cultivated in the society, theawareness of tea quality and safety traceability system among citizens should beenhanced; the government should fully use its control function to complete therelevant laws and regulations; Quality safety supervision mechanism should beestablished to strengthen the inspection of the products quality; the governmentshould provide financial support, raise the tax subsidies; The functions of thegovernment sector and enterprises should introduce advanced technique, enhance thecooperation in the supply chain; enterprises in tea supply chain should complete theirown management system, the tea committee should enhance the discipline in theindustry.
