The Research Of County Territory Economic Society Development Difference Appraisal About Shanxi Province

County as a regional development in the basic level and basic cell, its development andgrowth of the regional development play a decisive role. Therefore, attached to the county’seconomic and social development, the county’s economic and social development to make afair, objective, reasonable evaluation, is the government formulates the correspondingplanning and decision-making premise, is to address and resolve the issues of regionaldevelopment key, is a regional comparative research. China’s Shanxi Province, resource bigprovince, in recent years development speed has improved, but the whole of prefecturalregion economy strength more developed provinces is weak, the imbalance of economicdevelopment, industrial structure administrative levels is not high reality. In this paper, thedevelopment background, in Shanxi province of the society of prefectural region economydevelopment undertakes be evaluatinged integratedly, through the construction of areasonable index system, the use of scientific method of measurement, accurate reflect thedevelopment of county economy in Shanxi province at present the current situation, analysisand evaluation of county development existence difference, and formulate correspondingmeasures to guide the county economy of Shanxi province benign development.This paper selects Shanxi province96county-level administrative unit as the researchobject, the first through inspection and analysis of a large number of domestic and foreignreferences, analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars mechanism proposed evaluation indexsystem, with basic data for reference, to construct the evaluation index system of Shanxiprovince. Secondly, using a combination of theoretical and empirical, qualitative andquantitative research method to the Shanxi province the development of prefectural regioneconomy to evaluate. The evaluation process, the numerous index using principal componentanalysis based on the weighted evaluation method, in the Excel and SPSS softwareenvironment to complete the data standardization and analysis calculation, so as to obtain thecomprehensive evaluation indicators of development. Third, the analysis of the data throughthe data transfer, geographic coding based on MapInfo based GIS database, using thesoftware of GIS thematic map compilation tools and modified complete thematic map. Fourth, in accordance with the thematic map expression information describing the current situationof social economic development of counties in Shanxi Province, and to the cause of thedifference analysis. Fifth, in view of different reasons and puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures, Shanxi province to promote the county’s economic and social development.The last part is the conclusion of the article, and puts forward the innovation and deficiency.
