The Analysis Of Moderation Of Social Security In Shanxi Province

The level of social security is an important indicator of peoples' life quality and happiness index.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan,Shanxi conscientiously implemented the policies and made great strides in social security work.However,the next five years are the transitional period of resource-based economy.In the face of the gradual slowdown of economic growth,the prominent structural contradictions and the aging population,the moderate level of social security has become the most important to ease these contradictions.Based on a moderate level of social security,on the basis of related concepts and theories in this paper,the first to social security accounts for the proportion of GDP as an index to the analysis of current level of social security in Shanxi Province,and using cluster analysis method for the first of two cluster,with a per capita GDP for the first time as an index to clustering of 31 provinces,then the clustering results for the first time in 17 provinces in the level of social security,social security expenditure per capita public expenditures and three indexes of fiscal expenditure to the second cluster,in order to analyze the level of social security in Shanxi Province in the country's position and what are the problems with the economic level of province contrast;Secondly,based on the actual situation in Shanxi Province,the input distribution coefficient(H value)of the actual labor production factors in shanxi is calculated through the proportion of residents' income as a proportion of GDP,and the fixed value in the moderate level model is changed to 0.75,and the social security level of Shanxi Province is moderate,and the forecast value of the future aging population of Shanxi Province is adopted by the shanxi academy of social sciences,and the expected value of the annual growth rate of the GDP of Shanxi Province is predicted according to the "13th five-year plan" plan,and the appropriate range of social security expenditure in Shanxi Province is predicted in 2020.And then by using the theory of development of coefficient of social security level and the level of economic development in Shanxi Province has carried on the adaptability analysis,from the theoretical analysis of social security and economic development level in Shanxi Province level whether to adapt;Finally,through the above analysis of data,in summarizes the existing problems in the development of the level of social security in Shanxi Province and its influence factors,on the basis of the perfection of from system,optimizing the structure of fiscal expenditure,innovative pension mode,integration of resources and reduce regional differences of social security and other multi-angle suggest can promote the development of the social security level is moderate.
