The Research Of Disequilibrium In China Economic Region-and The Region Economic Development Of Jilin Province

In the recent years, the economy of China always keeps increasing rapid. The potential of development is sizeable, but in the course of the development, the economy has many problems. The most deeply problem is the quality and back of the impersonality matter of the economic development. These problems are related to whether the economy can realize developing by continuance, stabilization and rapid. By the thought, this thesis studies the disequilibrium facts of regions in our country, and tries to go deep into discussing the realism result in the process of developing of our country, on this base, and describes the state of regions. And then, as a sample, this thesis studies the problems of Jilin province, especially by way of northeast old industry base. We analyze the situation in the regions of Jilin province and the problems faced in the development future, and tip the replies and advice of these problems.In this thesis, we build up the models to describe and measure the state of regions in our country. The methods is to make use of the index of accumulating amount for describing the disequilibrium state of regions in the process of developing; make use of the index of developing ability to measure the ability of regions developing in the future; make use of the index of continuance developing ability to estimate the potential of the regions. On the base, we analyze the relativity of the regions and the facts of the regions developing. We analyze deeply logics in the back of the region policy; provide the auspice of theory with making macroeconomic policies and the region policies. And then, we describe, measure and evaluate the Jilin's regions situation in our country, and provide the analysis of describing the state of Jilin province at the developing. Compared the trend and state between Jilin province and each region, we educe the main problems of Jilin province in the future.
