| Enterprise resources Planning (ERP) is become an inevitable choice of many enterprise to increase their core competitiveness and realize striding development. ERP has achieved great success in west countries but the effects of its implementation in China, especially in small medium-sized enterprise is far from satisfied. MK Group is a small medium-sized export enterprise. MK Group need an integrated information system to accelerate self-innovation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.ERP theory and application of overseas and domestic ERP system is studied in this paper firstly. Then the method and the theories on how to implement MK Group’s ERP project is deeply discussed. Based on the actual need of the MK Group, implementation process and the implementation phase, as well as knowledge transfer and so on are analyzed chiefly in the paper. At last, MK Group ERP project application effect is evaluated in detail.After some crucial process of MK Group ERP system are studied, many actual questions in MK Group can be resolved, and the management level of is also be advanced. At the same time, it is helpful and useful for other domestic enterprises to implement ERP successfully, and it will impel the development of ERP in China. |
