Globalized economy and the rise of the emerging economic region, the international context of competition and industrial deepening, many companies have to deal with business strategy and manufacturing system, the challenge of transformation. Current market needs rapid reaction capability of the manufacturing system for the diverse needs of multi-species synchronization and short delivery of flexible manufacturing.Under such circumstances, from Japan’s Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing has been widely recognized of all enterprise and use it’s core is to reduce waste. Was born in the1980s, Six Sigma is best way to solve the quality problem, optimize processes, it’s core is to reduce variation.The author in this paper theoretically study the feasibility and necessity in terms of combination of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma management, to enhance competitiveness of enterprises.Meanwhile the author will introduce the work of the enterprise—Honeywell Turbocharger, how to implementation Lean Six Sigma.Finally, the paper summarizes the experience in the operation process of Honeywell turbocharger Lean Six Sigma implementation, and made a place of concern and improve the methodology. |
