The universal fitness booming, boosting the development of the sports industry. Sporting goods market as an important part of the sports industry, is favored by investors. Sporting goods business marketing effectiveness is directly related to the fate of the sporting goods business. Therefore, this field of marketing research, not only conducive to the sporting goods companies to develop a marketing strategy and tactics, and to expand the market and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises; but also conducive to the healthy and rapid development of the sporting goods market.Firstly, by studying a lot of literature on the theory and method of marketing management exposition and analysis for basic marketing situation of the market, some of the major enterprises of table tennis equipment. Combined HS marketing management status quo, based on in-depth analysis of the problems that exist in the company’s marketing strategy. Then determined from the product target market, product pricing strategy optimization, and product marketing, channel strategy optimize these perspective, and make recommendations for improvement. And improvements to demonstrate and analyze the combination of specific marketing case, I hope to be able to promote the HS company has greatly improved in marketing, so as to achieve the purpose of improving enterprise efficiency.
