Study On Developing Mode Of Tourism In County During The Construction Of Ecological Cultural Tourism Circle In Western Hubei

In November2008, Hubei provincial committee and government made asignificant strategic decision: facilitate the construction of resource saving andenvironmental friendly society in "Wuhan Urban Circle" approved by the central state.At the same time, use the post-modern philosophy to activate rich ecological cultureresources in western Hubei; Solve cracked traffic and bottleneck and obstacles ofsystem and mechanism etc; Organize and coordinate the construction of "ecologicalcultural tourism circle in western Hubei "and make it as a national and internationalwell-known tourist destination to promote economy and society in western hubei todevelop better and faster. To implemente the mind of "Decision on the construction ofecological cultural tourism circle in western Hubei " by provincial party committeeand government and "Decision on accelerating ecological cultural tourism industry"by Yunxian County party committee and government, carry out strategy of "build thecounty with culture, strengthen the county with tourism", increase the entire strengthand competence of ecological cultural tourism industry in Yunxian, and emerging asan important industry as soon as possible in Yunxian, this paper, according topractical situation, specially makes "Outline of Yunxian’s Plan for the Development ofecological cultural tourism industry".Yunxian has a long history with nationalgeological relics and culture. Therefore, it is known as "the native place of dinosaurs,the birthplace of human, the cradle of Chinese culture and the source of Chuculture."The profound cultural connotation of tourism resources is of higher grade,there are2national protection units (Qinglong Mountain dinosaur egg fossil sites andQingqu Mituo Temple temple "Yunxian Man "site),3Provincial protection units(HanJiaZhou ancient battle site, Meipu ape-man site, Ancheng copper mine site) andmore than20protect units of City and county level. Especially,"Yunxian Man" siteQinglong Mountain dinosaur egg fossil sites had caught the world’s attention, andthey respectively approved as "national nature reserve sites"by the state council in1992and1997.This research aims at discussing that Yunxian with rich natural and humanistic tourism resources how to seize this opportunity to blend into and turn into animportant pivot of the construction of ecological cultural tourism in western Hubeiprovince under the background of "Decision on the construction of ecologicalcultural tourism circle in western hubei " by provincial party committee andgovernment. Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis, this paper summarizesthe advantages and disadvantages of development of tourism in Yunxian on the basisof analysis of concept of "ecological cultural tourism circle in western Hubei " andexisting condition of tourism in Yunxian. According to this, this thesis constructs thedeveloping mode of ecological toourism in Yunxian from the prospect of developingtargets, dynamical mechanism, supporting conditions, guarantee mechanism,implementation way. Therefore the paper wants to make contribution to thedevelopment of cultural tourism in Yunxian.
