Abstract/Summary:
Rural population as the main body of the new socialist countryside construction, has become a major factor in the new rural construction, the rural population is the fundamental problem of the existence and development of China’s rural areas. With the launching of China’s fertility policy, fertility decline, the country has taken to stabilize the low birth rate as the primary means of population control, but the aging of the age structure of imbalanced sex structure of population structure is becoming increasingly prominent. The population structure has gradually become the core issue of the21st century.The rural population is the most basic population problem in China, so, the structural problems of the rural population is also directly related to the long-term development of China’s population, related to China’s sustainable economic and social development, and even affect the existence and development of human society as a whole.The tumd located in Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos, the hinterland of the "Golden Triangle", is a typical continental semi-arid monsoon climate, the agricultural population accounted for84.1%of the total population. The male to female ratio of109:100, people of all Qi over60years old account for13.5%of the total populations, special rural population structure of the irrational, has seriously hampered the development of the local economy.This paper uses a combination of empirical and normative to anglicize the rural population sex ratio, educational level, age, labor force status quo, and its important impact on the local economy on the basis of analysis on this basis, the last appropriate policy recommendations.Specifically, the first chapter is mainly to clarify the background and purpose of the study and research at home and abroad on the basis of the present study to the main content points and key and difficult.The second Chapter elaborates the rural population structure theory, and the rural population structure, defining the concept of population structure, pointing out that the main factors affecting the rural population structure changes, including natural factors, social factors.The third Chapter mainly introduces the local population structure from a historical, realistic point of view changes, and further analysis of the local employment structure, income and consumption structures.The fourth chapter elaborated on the problems of the population structure of the tumd flag and its impact on the local economy, the result is the irrational structure of the local population has seriously hampered the development of the local economy.The fifth chapter points out the problems in the population structure of the for tumd and put forward corresponding policy recommendations.The sixth chapter presents the final conclusions of this paper.
