Study On The Economic Development Influenced By Spacial Dynamics Of Population

Population is one of the most important factors in economic growth. With the sharp change of populationstructure in most of the developed countries and some developing countries, the world attention to theproblems of population also turned from the initial population problem to the population structure,population migration, and multifaceted population problems. Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of theEurasian, borders with eight countries, is a multi-ethnic populated, many religions, culture, ecology, resource,system symbiotic special area. Xinjiang population dynamic space not only has the general characteristicsof the population problem of China, but shows the difference from other provinces and autonomous regionsin China. Study population spatial dynamic impact on regional economic development in Xinjiang, optimizethe space dynamic population, to all aspects of population development for system integration, to re-examineproblems, population development and economic development for sustainable economic and socialdevelopment is of great significance in Xinjiang.This article first defined the space dynamic content as "the phenomenon of population development andpopulation space form and the regional differences, and the nature of environment factors between them,population of mutual influence and mutual restriction relationship" on the basis of related research to carryon the scientific definition of the population space dynamic connotation is, thus the population spacedynamic research into the dynamic change of population migration, population structure and populationdistribution of the static content on three floors.Firstly, in this paper, we anylyzes the population spatial dynamic characteristics of Xinjiang and thecharacteristics of the regional economic development. Starting from the space dynamic content summarizes10characteristics of population spatial dynamic development in xinjiang from three aspects, on the basis oftheil index analysis we found a striking feature of Xinjiang regional economy development that isunbalanced regional economic development, economic development gap between regions should beaddressed in the economic development in Xinjiang. Population dynamic space is proved theoretically theinfluence mechanism of regional economic development, respectively, to study the static population spatialdistribution effect of the regional economic development, population migration dynamic effects on regionaleconomic growth and the existence of generalized capital flows under the condition of population spatialdynamic total effect.Secondly, this paper theoretically and empirically analyzes the population space dynamic effects on regionaleconomic development. Theoretically, both close condition of the natural population growth and populationmigration flows under open environment has significant impact on economic development. Populationmigration, and so did the migration of human capital and physical capital which has caused the change of regional economic development gap. Based on an empirical analysis from three aspects of the spatialdynamic content, the population spatial dynamic affects the regional economic development.From thepopulation spatial distribution, the increase of the population density is conducive to economic developmentin xinjiang, but the increase in population in xinjiang need to select a specific region, rather than areapopulation density is too high;From the population migration level, population migration in xinjiang regionplayed a significant role in economic development, and population migration is an important way to narrowthe gap in economic development in xinjiang, xinjiang should accelerate the process of population migration,especially in southern xinjiang region should expand the scope of the migration population, through theinteraction with developed areas to offset the internal migration flows to the negative impact of economicdevelopment.In addition, we analysis the factor agglomeration logic based on the new economic geography to study thespatial dynamics of population and the consistency of the regional economic development in Xinjiang, andwe found the Xinjiang population spatial dynamic and economic development in space is a collaborative.Shihezi, Urumqi, Changji, and Bazhou are better collaborative areas, but the vast majority of areas in theeconomic concentration of population concentration is greater than the primary stage of evolution, thus weput forward the necessity population space dynamic optimization policy.Based on the above analysis, this paper argues that population spatial dynamic optimization in Xinjiang isof great significance for the steady and fast economic and social development in xinjiang.Therefore, we fromthe article in Xinjiang population spatial dynamic content build on the basis of the three layers of populationspatial dynamic optimization policy system of Xinjiang: xinjiang population growth optimization is putforward, the population migration optimization is the key, the population structure optimization is the keylink, population distribution optimization is home to four aspects of the population space dynamicoptimization policy.
