After3years of growing, from the simple function of mobile office assistant,Group SMS now has acted as office assistant, MINIOA, MOFFICE, Mobile AgentServer，Cross Platform SMS etc. And the target customers come from different areasand levels. As the mobile value-added telecom service rapid growth, the mobilevalue-added services market of enterprise and group customers is becoming larger. Atthe same time it is also a great challenge for project managing to satisfy our customerincreasingly diverse and personal requirements, constantly improve the technical leveland the service quality, provide high security enterprise-class SMS and mobile dataservice, all of these set an even higher demand on us about project management.This article is based on project management theory and author’s experience inmanaging mobile data service projects,by analyzing the real case of “small enterprisemobile application platform”,proceeding from the background,characteristics, and theexisting problem of the case,author provide a comprehensive analysis and alsosummarize the experiences acquired in it. While scope management is the mostimportant foundation work of project management, time management is the primarything of all, since the main risk of the case comes from the scope did not clear enoughthat would delay the project, this article focuses on scope, time and risk management.At first, the article describes the background and functions of “small enterprisemobile application platform”, made the main contents clear and so does the road map,then sets forth this from scope, time and risks management. In the respect of scopemanagement, according to the case and combining the project management theory,author discusses the scope plan, definition, work breakdown structure and changcontrolling. In the respect of time management, the article carries on how to makescientific timescales and adjust it in time.At the same time, as the specific conditionsthat Chengdu branch has just established recently, the potential impact of humanresource management has been raised to a high level. In the respect of risk management,the article researched the risk and devised tactics on the basis of the case characteristics.Upon thoroughly studying and analyzing project management methodsand strategies of the case, author also offers some suggestions on how to conduct thesame kind of project by identifying some best experience and lessons,and it also lay asolid foundation for the application and extension of the project.
