With the advancement of technology, the auto market in China has experienced alot of changes: consumption structure has undergone significant changes; the ancillaryauto sales and after-sales maintenance and other industries have also been rapidlydeveloped; moreover, the auto industry has formed a new way of business developmentaccording to advanced experience of foreign auto industry, that means a variety ofmodes need to co-exist in the same time, the traditional single business model can notmeet the demand of the market development, is on the brink of elimination.Chengdu Blue Sky Industrial Corporation was once a traditional auto partsproduction enterprise. in order to expand the market, after years of exploration andinnovation, it has become a large auto service company in Sichuan Province, with alarge-scale production of auto parts, car sales, maintenance and other business. Thiscompany also has been a "4S" shop for Beijing Hyundai, BYD, Changhe SuzukiAutomobile..Chengdu Blue Sky Industries Corporation has a firm age of23years. There are alot of weak links in management, and make it not able to adapt to market requirementswell. For example, the company’s performance management is not going well with thecompany’s strategic objectives. Strategic objectives are not decomposed into variousaspects for each units effectively. Therefore, in the process of development, seniormanagers of the company has got a deep understanding that a performance managementsystem can help the company to increase its own performance, improve the company’scompetitiveness in the market, and promote the company by leaps and boundsdevelopment.In this context, the author firstly collects internal data and information, byinterviews, got a complete understanding of the company’s current performancemanagement. Secondly, this study focuses on helping companies identify the problemsin the implementation process of performance management through scientific analysisand diagnosis. After that the author proposes some ideas and methods to solve problems through discussion with related managers. Finally a complete set of performancemanagement solution is formed based on performance management theories likeManagement By Objectives, Risk Management Theory, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) andKey Performance Indicators (KPI)..It has been proved that The solution put forward in this dissertation is helpful topromote the business of the company’s internal management and build a solidfoundation for achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
