Organizational change is an important component of the organization andmanagement practices, but also to enhance organizational performance, an importantbasis for achieving sustainable development. Organizational change is the theoreticalcircles at home and abroad and businessmen of common concern in recent years is a hotissue. With the rapid changes in the environment and the technological advances inorder to maintain a competitive advantage, improve organizational performance,organizations must carry out the necessary adjustments based on changes in the externalenvironment and their own development needs, organizations must make the rightorganizational adjustments based on changes in the external environment and their owndevelopment needs, sustainable development of great significance to the achievement oforganizational strategic objectives and security organizations. Organizational life cycletheory point of view, the organization continue to grow and develop, the internalcontradictions driven organizations constantly change and continuous development.Organizations in different periods have different characteristics and status, whichrequires in all aspects of the implementation of different change strategies at differenttimes, according to internal needs and external environment changes, select theappropriate change strategies.Based on the theoretical study of the life cycle theory and organizational change,the need for the change process and the complexity of the research organization, theinfluencing factors of the focus on organizational change, organizational change in theLenovo Group in the development of relevant empirical research, arrive at different Theorganization stages of development require different change strategies. The correlationanalysis of factors affecting various stages of the organizational life cycle characteristicsand organizational change by building the organizational life cycle model, how thedifferent stages of development organizations select the most effective organizationalchange strategy to help organizations maintain a sustained growth, and an innovativeway adaptive chosen model of the organizational life cycle and organizational changestrategies. The purpose of this study is that the analysis of Lenovo in the different life cycle stages of the organizational changes influencing factors, and summed up theorganizational change strategy, Lenovo Group, the organization from internalmanagement to find a relatively better organizational change model. Lenovo Groupwithin the organization so that coordination to maintain the core competitiveness, andachieve the sustainable development of the organization, enabling organizations tosurvive and develop in the increasingly complex environment. Organizational life cycleand organizational change organizational change processes and strategies will rise to theheight of a theoretical reference recommendations with the organization’s survival anddevelopment, organizations can better respond to future changes and to seek greaterdevelopment to provide guidance and assistance. And cases of empirical reference forthe academia and the business community are concerned about the organizational lifecycle and organizational change between academic research and management practiceshave certain guiding significance.
