With the ceaseless progress of science and technology, the high speed development ofeconomy, the small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing both opportunitiesand threats of the situation, how to obtain sustainable development is the core problemfacing the great majority enterprise. P company is one of the representatives of the veteranprivate small and medium-sized enterprises in the no-dig technology burgeoning industry,from do the equipment leasing construction operation mode in the pioneering work periodto get rapid survival, to the early growth of independent research and development,manufacturing, sales of equipment to develop, has development experienced of more than10years, face to the product information ready for scale expansion phase transition, Pcompany is facing increasingly severe external environment, its internal operation isproblematic, its organizational change is inevitable.This paper takes the P company as the example, with the enterprise life cycle theoryand organization theory as the foundation, through factors empirical research for the Pcorporation organization characteristics and change, analyzing the dynamic factors oftransformation, then presents thoughts of the P company implementing organizationalchange. The purpose of this study is preliminary discuss based on enterprise life cycleanalysis of organizational change factors and reform scheme, to the point of almostsurface, with a view to the privately operated small and medium-sized enterpriseorganization development and change to provide a reference.Firstly, the paper briefly describes the theory of enterprise life cycle impact onorganizations, as well as the small and medium-sized enterprises in each stage of the lifecycle of the organization characteristic; introduced the domestic and foreign scholars onthe enterprise life cycle theory and organizational change theories, as the paper madecushion.Then, the paper analyzed the development history of P company, from developmentto the historical memorabilia, analysed its poineering work characteristics and growthcharacteristics, including industrial environment, organizational structure, resourcecharacteristics. Then, it analysed P company change factor from the business environment and internal operation two respects, introduced the P company’s management system andthe operation management of the status quo, mainly on the management module analysisof existing problems.Finally, the paper gives the thoughts of P companies’ organizational change,including preparation before the change, resistance to change and thinking of how tobreakthrough. In general, the P company to change from the two aspects of the cohesion ofthe enterprise and enterprise control to take measures.
