4Food Safety relates to the health of the peopleclosely,reflects the government’s idea of governing for thepeople, reflect the people’s livelihood and the specific. Because food safety involves a wide range of management and supervision difficult, and the food safety hazards also has a certain degree of secrecy and uncertainties. Therefore, in recent years, China has entered the food safety incidents,"the period of frequent, low-quality milk, Sudan, hair soy sauce, milk melamine, alcohol, clenbuterol, dyeing bread, cooking oil, black heart roasted,poisonous rice... this series of questions from time to time,the seriousness of the relationship of the form to the health oftens of millions of people and social moral issues, but also tosocial stability, so that everyone comes to eat there will be an angry face, food safety credit crisis has been conflict in theminds of the people. Food safety regulatory issues has become apolitical issue, a position of the test’s ability to govern, the food problem is socially sensitive issues, resulting in social fear but unfortunately panic, for the rulers, it is easy to become a network of media hot copy topic. The author, based on thefood security, social, legislative background, the connotation of food safety and supervision of the current situation illustrates classification, combined with the problems of Panyu District,food safety, based on the grassroots level, have a role in promoting the country’s food safety problems.
