Study On The Evaluation System Of Technological Innovativecapabilities Of Large And Medium Construction Enterprises

As the pillar industry of national economy, the healthy and rapid development ofconstruction is positive to promote the development of relevant industries. As the importantconstruing component of construction, large and medium construction enterprises are the majorforce of the national economic development and their overall quality level have some effect onthe development of construction industry directly. At present, the comprehensive strength oflarge and medium construction enterprises in China which increase with each passing day stilllag behind some developed countries. This is largely due to their low technological innovationability.There are many reasons for the low level of technological innovation,one of the importantreasons is that it has not an accurate evalution for enterprise’s technological innovation. Thetraditional evaluation system of technological innovation ability focuses on enterprise itselfusually, mainly in input and output aspect to evaluate technological innovation of enterprise. Theevaluation result is largely considered as reference for government, but has less effect forenterprises in the innovation process of decision. As the principal part in this system, theenterprise is not the decisive role.This paper aims to set up an advanced technological innovation evaluation system for largeand medium enterprises based on enterprises’ innovation process. First the domestic and foreignresearch present situation are reviewed, and then the theoretical basis of this paper are introduced,which are enterprises’ technological innovation, technological innovation ability andtechnological innovation ability evaluation. Then, the paper gives the status of development oflarge and medium construction enterprises in China through the data analysis. At the same time,it analyzes the characteristics of the technological innovation of large and medium-sizedconstruction enterprises, explains the present situation of technological innovation, and pointsout the problems.Then, on the basis of the above it establishes the evaluation system oftechnological innovation capability of large and medium construction enterprises from the fouraspects, which are investment, implementation, production and management of the technologicalinnovation. Through comparing and analyzing the comprehensive evaluation method commonlyused, it selects analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey correlation method to evaluate thetechnological innovation ability of large and medium construction enterprises. Finally, it takes Senterprise as an example to evaluate the technological innovation ability by using the evaluationindex system and evaluation system above.There will be certain practical value in large andmedium construction enterprises which are carrying out technological innovation by theevaluation system of technological innovation set up above through the reaserch of this paper.
