Research On Evaluation Of Implementation Level Of Strategic Client Projects Based On Large Construction Enterprises

With the development of the construction industry into the new normal,the construction industry profits shrink,but with the project building body volume gradually increased,the risk of project management is gradually increasing.The long-term extensive growth of the construction industry,the excessive pursuit of the growth of business volume,and to some extent,ignoring the quality of the project implementation and risk control,construction enterprises management problems have become increasingly prominent.And with the rise of a small number of large housing prices,the performance of the project put forward higher and more requirements.Therefore,the state in the field of engineering enterprises to emphasize the process of production in the project reflects the spirit of artisans and heritage Luban culture,return to the starting point of responsibility for compliance.In this paper,the status quo of domestic and foreign research and engineering project management theory research,based on the summary of large construction enterprises strategic client project performance management status.Based on the literature analysis and on-the-spot investigation,the performance evaluation system based on the strategic client project of large-scale construction enterprises is established on the basis of analyzing and finding the factors which affect the performance evaluation of the strategic clients.Through the questionnaire investigation and analysis,The initial evaluation indexes are selected and optimized by Delphi method,and the performance evaluation model of strategic client projects is constructed by AHP and fuzzy evaluation theory.Finally,a case study is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the model.Suggestions on the improvement measures of the system are put forward,which are good reference and guidance for the evaluation of the performance level of strategic clients of large construction enterprises.
