Though the development of China’s real estate industry has merely undergone20years, ithas gone through the periodic vibrations of starting, developing, soaring and adjusting. It isbecause these series of development and vibrations that the real estate market has shifted fromcrude developing state to a standard and transparent market. In particular, the currentmacro-control policy has endowed a profound change in real estate market, which turns theprevious resource competition strategic competition in the coming several years, meanwhile thelaw of the survival of the fittest will be more obvious and apparent. A scale and intensificationbusiness pattern should be adopted in real estate enterprises in order to survive and develop inthe fierce competition. Making the enterprise strong is a strategic issue, which closely relate tothe strategies of enterprise, competitive edge as well as sustainable development.Based on the strategy management theories, this study takes a real estate company inWuhan as an example, by analyzing the resource status, internal and external environment, thisstudy adopts the method of five-factor analysis in industry competition, enterprise life cyclematrix analysis and SWOT analysis to make a industry analysis from aspect of state ofdevelopment, industry competition and state of enterprise resource and so on, in order toexplicit the opportunity and challenge that company will meet. At the same time, comes up withsome possible strategic programs for enterprises.After the programs reformulation, then enters to the process of strategic evaluation to offer aquantities evaluation of different programs by borrowing the analytical approach of SAM so asto formulate a strategic guideline. In the meantime, this study proposes several importantmeasures so that to achieve the established strategic goal so that attains the desired effect.
