Economic development and social urbanization scale expansion and acceleration,these factors make our country’s real estate market has an unprecedented high-speed development period.The rapid development of the industry has also brought some corresponding problems.As the development of the industry is weak,the internal situation of the industry has been in the initial stage,including industry profit model,industry response to risks,industry innovation ability and organizational structure.Are in the early stages,to be tested.Therefore,the Chinese government has formulated a series of macro-control real estate industry policies for the steady development of the national economy.The implementation of these policies has made the real estate enterprises face new problems.How can they win a place in such a competitive market? The industry to obtain a stable space for development,has become a real estate business has become a primary issue,but also on the survival of the key factors.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part of the introduction part of the main part of this paper is how to set the background,and what kind of significance of this study.In the first part of this paper,the research methods and the research status of this topic are introduced.The second part is the theoretical basis of this article,focusing on the strategic management theory,including the meaning of strategic management,content,and strategic analysis tools.The third part is the analysis of the strategic environment of CR real estate companies in Taiwan,and analyzes the strategic environment faced by CR real estate companies from the external environment and internal environment respectively.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of CR real estate companies are analyzed by using SWOT method.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the contents of the CR real estate company overall strategy for the growth of growth strategy,growth direction for the integration of growth for the Union;competitive strategy for the differentiation strategy;functional strategy for the brand strategy,investment strategy,Product value strategy,marketing strategy,human resources strategy.The fifth part is the guarantee measures of CR real estate company’s development strategy,including organization guarantee,resource guarantee,culture guarantee and strategy implementation process control.Finally,it summarizes and prospects the whole paper.
