With the fast development of economic and technology level, the semiconductor business is rising abruptly in domestics and the completion is becoming more and sharper. As the enterprise scale lasting grow and expand, more and more enterprises are pay attention on supplier management. Strong relationships throughout the supply chain are the foundation from which are built with clear communication of expectations, alignment of goals, mutual trust and cooperation. Onse is allowing the supplier to be a part of our growth and success. The supplier goal plan described will help both prioritize and focus on common goals. By focusing on the same priorities, we will meet or exceed our corporate objectives for service, cost, delivery and quality. The result we intend to achieve is efficient continuous growth and success for Onse and its suppliers.The paper discusses the supplier management actuality and provides some improvement strategies according to Onse Company. At the beginning chapter, there is a brief explanation of supply management and supplier management, as well as a brief background introduction of Onse. The purpose of this study is to investigate supplier management in Onse and then find out proposals on how the company can win with its supply chain when competing with competitors in world market in the future. Since the future competition will be between supply chains. This survey finds some methods to achieve this target. It comes out that successful supply-chain management is depending on strategic supplier relationship and mutual cooperation with supplier. At last, the paper provides some risk management strategiesThe paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter I, it introduced research background, research significance, research content and framework of this paper. And it also provides us the overview of supply chain management and supplier management research in domestic and oversea.Chapter II, it came out the status quo of Onse’s supplier management and analyses Onse’s supply system. Then, this part analyses Onse’s Company and supply chain management by using SWOT method. At last, it summaries sever problems in Onse’s supplier management.Chapter III, it generally introduced the solutions of Onse’s supplier management in order to improvement and resolve the problems in Onse’s supplier management. Chapter IV, it stated the safeguard strategy for Onse’ s supplier management improvement in order to the improvement schemes can implement successfully. The schemes include:the attention and support of high-rise, the guarantee of organization structure, the support of HR and so on. It also discussed collaborating risk management to eliminate unnecessary risks that might bring to both parties.Chapter V, it sums up the whole statement of this thesis.The author states the theory of supply management, and wish the study could contribute to corporate level management decision making.
