Agreat number of central companies are making a new wave of iniergration of finanee and industry.Power grid enterprises are the lifeblood of relation countryman economy and national energy security of state-owned key enterprises,to provide safe, economical, clean and sustainable electric power for social and economic development. The Power Grid Corp involved in the financial markets, vigorously develop their own financial industry at the same time, because of the internal and external factors leading to potential risks should not be ignored. On one hand our country on the combination of theoretical research lags behind the combination of the current status of development, market environment is more complex than the west, capital market is not mature enough,At the same time,it denied people’s simple understanding ofenterprise group’s competitiveness that Delong Groups’ crisis in Xinjiang in April,2004.
