Research On The Sustainable Development Of The Modern Cycle Agriculture Of Tobacco

The modern cycle agriculture of tobacco is one useful way to develop the modern agricultureof tobacco, which is a good method to fully integrate modern material and equipment, science andtechnology, advanced management concepts. It is the concept of path to transform the traditionaltobacco production methods, improve the ecological environment, increase farmers’ income, andreflect the government innovation management services. However, the development of China’scycle agriculture of tobacco is delay, mainly reflected in the following aspects: the concept ofweak circulation, cycle agriculture of tobacco remains in the form; the recycling chain is toosingle and short; people who participate in the modern cycle agriculture of tobacco lack ofmotivation, agriculture of tobacco cycle is not sustainable.This article takes the Xiushui tobacco unit for example, which is in the Bijie region ofGuizhou Province. The author deeply researches the mode of “Livestock-Biogas-Tobacco” whichis used to developing the modern cycle agriculture of tobacco in Xiushui. Then the authoranalyzes the constraints that affect the development of the modern cycle agriculture of tobaccofrom the views of the subjects’ action. According to the status quo of the modern cycle agricultureof tobacco in Xiushui tobacco unit, the author designs the strategy of sustainable developmentpath which is called “Coalesce the district and the demonstration garden, the substance and energycan complement each other”,“Unit is given priority to, the whole advancement”, at the same time,designs the Organization Structure and Benefit Coupling Mechanism which all could stimulate thedevelopment of the modern cycle agriculture of tobacco. At last, the author gives some suggestionhoping ensure the modern cycle agricultural of tobacco sustainable development.
