The main achievements are as follows:1、Yongding’s achievements in its modern tobacco agricultureThrough the construction of modern tobacco agriculture, the workers needed in the production of Yongding tobacco of each hm2 decrease by 85.5saving the hm2cost of 2197.5 Yuan; the average prices of first-class tobacco and bulk tobacco are both increasing steadily to 1322.7 Yuan with a 63.53% increase from the 858.12 Yuan with a 58% increase. Meanwhile, the achieved scientific innovation creates good economic benefits and social benefits.2、The advantages and deficiencies of Yongding District in the development of modern tobacco agricultureYongding has the advantages in physical geography and agricultural production in the development of modern tobacco agriculture. Yongding has a long history of tobacco planting But, Yongding has the problems of aging and temporary shortage; with the adjustment of rural economic structure, the gap between the revenues from tobacco and its competitive crops expands constantly damaging tobacco-grower’s enthusiasm about tobacco planting. Meanwhile, a good operation mechanism has not been built yet for land transfer and artel as the new content in the construction of modern tobacco agriculture.3、Countermeasures and planning for Yongding Developing modern tobacco agricultureYongding will further perfect its facilities; guide, support and improve the scale planting level; perfect mechanism and push the construction of artel and land transfer.
