| With the external market environment becoming more and more intense, oil companies, especially oil sales type, which want to gain a firm foothold in the industry, must constantly practice internal strength, strengthen internal management, establish a scientific and reasonable staff incentives and improve employee satisfaction to lay a solid human resources backing for enterprise competition.Firstly, this paper combed incentive theory at home and abroad, elaborating the concept of employee incentives, role and method, laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of this article. Secondly, the paper analyzed production and management features and human resources management status. And basing on incentive theory, the paper design a company employee satisfaction survey to surveys and interviews. The survey found that the there are many problems in company’s employees incentives, focus on performance in remuneration packages, performance appraisal, employee training, and career planning. Thirdly, in this paper, the forward-looking concept of employee incentive as a guide, learning from other enterprises, especially state-of-the-art oil company employees incentive experience, we redesign of the remuneration package, performance appraisal, training, learning, career planning and build a set for the company’s own employees incentives system. Lastly, for the protection of the new program that can be implemented smoothly, this paper proposed policy on changing ideas, optimizing the organization, strengthening corporate culture and improving the supporting system.By the research on staff incentives of Yan Chang Zhong Li company, the paper design improvements in the staff incentives, enhance the company’s human resources management level and enhance the company competitive in the industry. The research provides a reference of human resources development for chinese petroleum enterprises, especially the oil companies under the Yan Chang Group. |
