In recent years,with the socio-economic development,various formats of retail companies mushrooming,the overall volume of rise is already in a relative to the level of purchasing power absolute surplus.Although the shopping environment,management,management level has been increasing,but in the process of rapid development of accumulated various contradictions and problems begin to emerge,the quantity of so many commercial retail enterprises are facing unprecedented competition and challenge.Inner Mongolia X trade co.,Ltd.as a medium-sized shopping mall in Hohhot,faced with so many competitors,only enhance their core competitiveness,good staff motivation to ensure that enterprises have human resources competitive advantage is its strong business in achieving sustained development.Human resources is a strategic resource for modern enterprises,also is the most critical for the development of enterprises,and incentive is an important part of human resources.The concept of incentives for management,is the inspired work of the staff motivation,that is to use a variety of effective ways to mobilize their initiative and creativity,so that staff efforts to complete the task of the organization to achieve organizational goals.This also can be said that,the incentive mechanism used well or no,to a certain exlent,is an important factor to determine a enterprise successful or no.This article,based on the staff survey and analysis in the X Trading Co.,Ltd.Inner Morgolia,by the method of theory with practice,on target to analyse and research the issues of pay,performanace,and career planning,that caused the satisfaction lower of the employees in the enterprise,and thus has established specific incentives in hope to measure up to inspire potentials of bring every positive factor of the employees,into play anel guide them grow up to the useful personels.To ensure that the enterprise can put human resources to rational in the competitive process and achieve itself healthy and sustainable development.
