According to the world hotel organization forecast, China will become the fastest growing of the hotel industry in the world superpower by2020. As a result, the demands for hotel management professionals are constantly changing. According to the latest Statistical Yearbook of China’s tourism industry, the star hotel grew from12,751in2006to13,513at the end of2011. Among them,13513star hotels distributed throughout50national key tourist cities. The rapid development of the industry has brought a lot of job opportunities, as well as the hotel staff on the demand will increase with the increase in the number of hotels. Up till now, there are540colleges opened the hotel specialty, and thousands and tens of thousands of vocational hotel management major students. This has formed a certain school scale. The demand for hotel staff still could not meet the increase of hotel, even arises "mismatches" phenomenon, even-though there are large of vocational hotel management major graduates every year. To solve the problem of "mismatches", first of all colleges should build or adjust the training mode of vocational hotel management major according to the hotel industry demand as well as be in conformity with the their own conditions.After the in-depth interview on the reform of talents training model of hotel management major in our college, it is found that the model should be redesigned. The "hamburger-style" talents training model is put forward and has elaborated its specific scheme through the mutual efforts of hotels, enterprises, students and colleges., proficient. After questionnaire investigation and interviews college students in2009, the results have analyzed. In the study, first the implementation steps of hamburger-style " talent training model are expounded. The writer uses the evaluation index system which set up by14key elements and factor analysis method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and so on in the research. The results show that the model is basically reasonable, and isn’t come up to the standard or perfect. Finally, the writer also discusses the need to focus on the problems and proposes some suggestions and counter-measures on the problems.This research will have certain enlightenment for the hotel management talent training model reform of JiangXi College Of Foreign Studies. In terms of theory, this research achievement will award foundation for the hotel management talent training model. In actual practice, this research will cultivate a number of outstanding vocational hotel management major graduates.
