However, the current hotel management specialty in Higher Vocational Education Talent Cultivation in China has great problems, mainly in personnel training program positioning, teaching reform, curriculum system deviates from the occupation demand can not adapt to the occupation requirements, between education quality assurance system from employment requirements, enterprises lack of teachers, students good communication management modes and the lack of occupation have the concept of etc.. The students are not well adapted to the needs of the existing training industry positions, mainly reflected in the lack of job skills, lack of personal accomplishment, individual students psychological quality is not strong,the students in the enterprise’s ability to adapt to weak aspects. It is worth mentioning that, great changes have taken place in the requirements for talents in the hotel industry, such as hotel employees gradually improve academic requirements; attaches great importance to the overall quality of employees; the school hopes to strengthen ability to adapt to the training of graduates; pay more attention to employee occupation accomplishment and so on.In order to solve the above problems, to meet the needs of the hotel industry changes, the innovative design of the hotel management professional "high 235" personnel training mode, training mode of higher occupation education personnel with the "two main body, three kinds of ability, the five path" distinctive features,mainly from the establishment of school enterprise cooperation mode, enterprises demand based on the needs of the curriculum system, occupation held teaching reform, students’ occupation demand management innovation, students build based on re structure seven aspects to establish occupation teaching quality assurance system,employment oriented teacher’s team of mode.The object of the training model based on the characteristics and demands of professional development. 235 "training, to alternate school enterprise cooperation and technology training as the starting point, focus on sustainable development of students and lifelong learning.
