Leading food and beverage companies are in a highly competitive environment. So the tiny differences in location may be important to the profitability of food and beverage companies in the location. In the address choosing of the fast-food industry, district personnel, business pattern format and sales quality, the shop’s high visibility and accessibility degrees decide the store’s popularity and sales situation.After reading literature, field research, data analysis, and learning from the experience of advanced fast-food chain, based on the foundation of the business district theory, I made analysis and research on address choosing of JianXinYuan chain restaurants. I suggested the principle, method and strategy of address choosing. And I use the location method in Kunming Food Services Limited JianXinYuan brand chain project. From the analysis of district to analysis of the specific pre-selected address, I contrast the two locations’differences of the brand, introduce the specific application method of address choosing formula.
