Strategic management for any enterprise development are all very important, for it tahe seed industry, with the change of environment, the original strategy has can’t adapt to the need of the long-term development of the company, in2011the "the state council about accelerating modern crop seed industry development opinions" after coming on stage, marked the crop seed industry in our country will enter a new stage of industrial upgrading. So make a new development strategy is a very urgent and the key problem.This article is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter for the introduction part, mainly introduce the research object, the basic situation of the research background and the purpose of the research significance. The second chapter presents the development of theories on strategic management process and its development guiding significance to the company; The third chapter of the seed industry, analyzes the market conditions and in tahe seed industry competition environment, and the seed industry of tahe major competitors are analyzed; The fourth chapter of the seed industry at present in tahe analysis the effect of operation strategy, strategic resources, strategic ability and competition status, etc; Chapter5puts forward the strategic choice of tahe seed industry and function strategy implementation plan; Chapter6put forward the strategies in tahe seed industry in the process of the strategic control should be and risk prevention. Chapter7of this article are summarized. This paper over the course of the study, the "strategic analysis-strategic choice-strategy implementation" such a logical sequence. This article from the enterprise and the general situation of the industry introduction and to the enterprise internal and external environments of analysis, and then with SWOT model to analyze the company of the advantage, disadvantage and face the opportunity and the challenge, and with "five competitive forces model" analyzing the competition environment, and use the other method is auxiliary, in the current economic background on the analysis, thus make suitable in tahe seed industry for the future development of the overall strategy, competitive strategy and function strategy, and puts forward the concrete implementation plan and security system.
