As a result, how to track and trace foods effectively has become an extremely urgent issue. The food safety regulatory bodies in different countries are all set up based on their own conditions. Food Safety Authority is established in Sweden, supervising from farm to table. Similar to China, the United States have a number of departments monitoring food safety, yet have no regulatory chain scissions because of species classifications.
